In the morning, a fresh awakening in a centuries-old trullo, followed by a suggestive breakfast in the Lady's Garden, inebriated by the scent of lavender. When evening comes, a glass of wine on the Aia, while the sun sets and turns the Itria Valley and the ancient village of Locorotondo pink. During the day time passes slowly, admiring our placid donkeys, belonging to the protected native species of Martina Franca, and listening to the rustle of the trees moved by the southern breeze.
